This is Real Life Spiritual Warfare — Not Fake Church Stuff.

Today I didn’t just feel the vampire spirit.

I fought it.

And honestly?

I lost round 1.

I Snapped.

Let me just be all the way real.

I didn’t walk away gracefully.
I didn’t sit there quiet with my oil and my prayer shawl.

Nope.

I SNAPPED.

I said some things.
I let some frustration out.
And for a moment — I was in my flesh.

That’s the part people don’t talk about when they write these cute church blogs.
But baby, I’m not here to fake it.

This is What Spiritual Warfare Really Looks Like:

It’s not always quoting scriptures and whispering prayers.

Sometimes spiritual warfare looks like:

• Getting pushed past your limit.
• Feeling disrespected to your face.
• Watching somebody try you on every level.
• And realizing too late… this ain’t even them. It’s what’s working through them.

But I didn’t catch it in time.

And The Enemy Knew Exactly What To Do To Drain Me.

Get me frustrated.
Get me emotional.
Get me out of the spirit.
Get me reacting in my flesh.

Because when I’m in my flesh — I’m fighting wrong.

But Then God Stepped In.

And after all the yelling…
After all the words…
After all the “I know I didn’t just let them get me like that” moments…

God whispered to me:

“Now that you see what it was — what are you going to do about it spiritually?”

Whew.

So Here’s What I Did Next:

• I repented. For real.
• I apologized to God first.
• I calmed down.
• I pled the blood over my mouth, my mind, and my heart.
• And I asked Him to help me shut every door that moment tried to open.

Final Thought: Living This Out Loud.

I have to blog like this.

Raw. Real. Messy. And honest.

Because I know I’m not the only one who has lost it in the middle of a spiritual battle.
But just because you snapped — doesn’t mean you lost the war.

This is why grace is so beautiful.
This is why God still covers us.

Declaration for Anybody Who Snapped Today:

“Lord, I didn’t handle it perfectly. I let my emotions lead. But I thank You that the blood still works. I thank You that I’m still called. I thank You that even after my humanity showed up — Your Spirit still covers me. Help me grow. Help me respond better. Help me fight right next time. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

And Let Me Add This…

Listen to me…

You might have lost it today.

But you didn’t lose YOU.

You didn’t lose your anointing.

You didn’t lose your calling.

You didn’t lose your authority.

You had a moment — not an identity.

You’re still chosen.
You’re still covered.
You’re still growing.

And that same mouth that got loud in frustration — God is going to use that SAME mouth to get loud in deliverance, in praise, and in victory.

Don’t stay stuck in shame.
Get back up.
Refocus.
Recover.

This is real life spiritual warfare.
But you’re still a warrior.
